The responsibilities of the CSS are to prepare financial analyses, develop communication materials for clients, help members and employers navigate the healthcare system, and assist in the back office management of the company. Over time, the goal of the position is to grow into an Account Manager, responsible for managing a book of clients by providing comprehensive strategic solutions in addition to providing day-to-day service of both employer-level and employee-level issues for all clients.
