The program is highly customized, so topics covered vary based on client preferences. Sample topics include:

- Company background, company culture, policies, organizational structure, roles, clients, expectations, etc.

- Role-based processes – via actual completion of tasks needed for the job (e.g. taking a mock project all the way from the beginning to the end of its life cycle), peer review, and feedback/coaching on performance

- Company systems such as timesheet applications, CRM systems, issue tracking, etc.

- Projects the new hire will be handling
